Marriage License
Couples are responsible for obtaining a valid Georgia marriage license before the scheduled signing or ceremony. Both individuals must be present and provide the original valid marriage license and valid government-issued photo identification.
Booking & Deposit
Quick Marriage License Signing and Private Elopement for Two require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment date and time. Remaining balance is due at the appointment unless otherwise stated during booking. An appointment is not secured until the required deposit is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and applicable rescheduling fees and policies.
Same-Day & Last-Minute
Same-day and last-minute appointments may be available based on availability and are subject to a +$50 convenience fee when accommodated.
Mobile Service & Travel
Both Quick Marriage License Signing and Private Elopement for Two may be available as mobile services. Travel fees from the Conyers, GA 30013 location are +$50 for 0–10 miles, +$75 for 11–20 miles, and +$100 for 21–30 miles. Locations beyond 30 miles require prior availability confirmation and custom travel pricing.
Quick Marriage License Signing
This service includes a brief legal solemnization and marriage license completion/signing. It is not a formal wedding ceremony.
Private Elopement for Two
This service is designed as a short, private ceremony centred on the couple and may include personal vows and a ring exchange if desired.
Punctuality
Sign & Go Ceremonies is committed to timely and professional service. A complimentary 15-minute grace period is provided for unexpected delays. If the signing or ceremony has not begun within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, a $50 late-start fee may apply.
If the appointment is delayed by 45 minutes or more, Sign & Go Ceremonies reserves the right to leave or end the appointment when necessary to honour other scheduled commitments. If Sign & Go must leave because the 45-minute cut-off has been reached, amounts already paid, including deposits and applicable travel fees, are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and requires a $100 rescheduling fee in addition to any remaining balance or applicable travel charges.
Service Availability
All appointment dates, times, mobile services, after-hours appointments, Sunday appointments, holidays, same-day requests, and special requests are subject to availability.
Limitation of Services
Sign & Go Ceremonies provides wedding officiant services. Unless expressly stated, Sign & Go Ceremonies does not provide wedding planning, wedding coordination, reception coordination, venue services, photography, catering, décor, vendor management, or rehearsal coordination.
